Explore the 17,000 square meter building of the Sheikh Faisal Museum, which contains a vast collection of Qatari artifacts including ancient Islamic manuscripts, major archeological findings, paintings, textiles, embroideries, carpets and furniture. The museum is home to more than 15,000 unique masterpieces.

Head to the camel race track and watch how camels are trained. If you're lucky, you might even witness a race in progress. The races take place just north if Shahaniya, which is a 30-minute drive west of Doha. Get a unique opportunity to observe the traditional sport and see the virtual "camel city" just beyond the tracks, where thousands of men and camels live all year round.

Lastly, visit the Racing and Equestrian Club where you'll see how the priceless international horses train. The area is one of the most enviable horse training centers in the world, boasting several training facilities, a horse pool, a horse rehab center and a race track.
